Prices include VAT. Cancel at any time in the app. If you stop paying, nothing is deleted: you move to the free plan, and older entries come back when you upgrade.

- What happens when the trial ends?
- You move to the free plan, unless you’ve chosen a paid one. We’ll remind you a few days before. Nothing is deleted.
- What does the free plan keep?
- Unlimited medicines and reminders, the daily check-in, 90 days of history, one appointment summary a month, and downloading your data at any time.
- Can I pay for a parent?
- Each journal has its own plan. If you set one up for someone, they can take it over and choose a plan themselves.
- What is On The Day?
- Our sister app, for hospital appointments: what to bring, where to go and when to leave. The bundle includes both.
- Can I get a refund?
- Yes, within 14 days of first paying. Email hello@ontheday.app.
