For families
Help a parent or someone you look after, without taking over.
They choose what you see
Invite up to three helpers, such as a son, daughter or carer. Everything is off to start with. The person whose journal it is decides what each helper can do:
- see whether today’s medicines have been ticked;
- get a nudge if a key medicine hasn’t been ticked;
- see appointment summaries;
- help keep the medicines list up to date.
Helpers never see private notes, symptoms or mood. Every time a helper looks, it’s written in a log the owner can read. They can change their mind or remove a helper at any time.

Set it up for someone else
If a parent isn’t confident with phones, you can set up their journal for them and add their medicines. Then give them a link to take it over. They choose their own password, give their own permission, and decide what you can still see.
Ready for the appointment together
If they share a summary with you, you can go into the appointment knowing what’s been happening, even if you live miles away.
No card needed. After the trial you can keep using the free plan.
